This product is a shaft machined from S45C, with dimensions of L size 500mm and a diameter of Φ30mm. The shaft's axis has undergone high-frequency hardening (HRC 40-43). The fit tolerance for the shaft axis is indicated as g6, and it has been finished with cylindrical grinding. We can accommodate various grinding processes such as flat grinding, cylindrical grinding, and profiling grinding, as well as various heat treatments including high-frequency hardening, carburizing hardening, and vacuum hardening.
